The Emotional Companion Session is designed to offer grounding support, compassionate listening, and holistic wellness guidance to individuals seeking peace, clarity, and emotional presence. By purchasing or participating in this package, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Description The Emotional Companion Session includes non-clinical, heart-centered support in the form of: Intentional listening sessions Supportive conversation via phone, video, or secure messaging Personalized rituals, affirmations, or reflective prompts Optional Ayurvedic lifestyle suggestions or calming practices Note: This is not a substitute for professional therapy, psychiatry, or medical advice. No diagnosis or treatment will be offered. 2. Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older or have the written consent of a parent/guardian. This service is intended for individuals seeking supportive companionship and emotional regulation tools, not clinical intervention. 3. Payment and Refund Policy Full payment is required in advance to confirm your package. All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions or partially used packages. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. 4. Confidentiality Your privacy is deeply respected. All sessions are held in confidence unless: You grant written permission to share details, Disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others), There is suspected abuse or neglect. 5. Boundaries and Respect This is a sacred space for emotional presence. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund. 6. Technology and Communication Services may be delivered via phone, secure video platform, or written communication. Sage and Silence is not responsible for technical issues or interruptions due to user internet connection or platform outages. 7. Disclaimer All services are offered as companionate support, not healthcare. You understand and accept that the provider is not acting as a licensed mental health provider or medical professional. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions at all times. 8. Limitation of Liability Sage and Silence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this package.
